Contracting Status

Entity registration in progress under Swiss commercial law

Until formal registration with the Swiss Commercial Register, engagements are executed under the personal responsibility of the founder, Tony Frison, domiciled in Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

Upon incorporation, all obligations will transfer to the registered entity. The target jurisdiction remains Switzerland, Canton of Vaud.
