Scope

The public website is primarily static and requires no account or payment. Its contact form and scheduling function send the information described below to a server-side API.

Contact and scheduling

The contact form may process your name, work email, organisation, role, sector, message, and page locale. Scheduling may additionally process the selected time slot and time zone, together with the contact details and page locale needed to confirm the meeting in the relevant language.

Server logs

Hosting and API systems may record technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, and referrer. These logs support security, abuse prevention, diagnosis, and service stability.

Cookie-free audience measurement

We use a self-hosted Umami service without analytics cookies. It provides aggregate measurements such as pages viewed, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, and country. We do not use it for cross-site profiling.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to secure and operate the website, respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, and measure aggregate audience use. Where the GDPR applies, secure operation and audience measurement rely on legitimate interests; contact and scheduling may also be necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract. Legitimate interests may also support correspondence management.

Recipients

Access is limited to the publisher and authorised service operators. Hosting and email operators receive only the data needed to run the website, deliver messages, answer requests, or arrange meetings. We do not sell personal data.

International routing and transfers

Internet routing and service-provider infrastructure may involve processing outside your country. We do not promise that every technical route remains in Switzerland. Any such processing remains subject to the applicable transfer requirements and safeguards.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security and operational needs, applicable legal obligations, and the relevant operator retention policy. Enquiries and booking records may be retained while they are handled and for necessary follow-up.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions of applicable law, you may:
