HOVO™ (HOVO.CH)
Swiss trust-first marketplace — separate project
Developed in Switzerland, at the heart of Europe, HOVO™ originated from a structural observation: fraud on classified marketplaces has become recurrent and economically significant.
Project scope: hovo.global documents the OmegaOS™ platform for institutional decision governance. HOVO.ch is a separate Swiss classifieds marketplace project.
Operational link: HOVO.ch currently serves as a production validation environment for OmegaOS™ Kernel components in real marketplace conditions — from listing publication to user accountability.
Each year, substantial amounts are diverted through deceptive listings targeting private individuals. The issue is not limited to isolated misconduct. It results from architectures where trust is often peripheral rather than foundational.
HOVO™ originated from a concrete problem observed on classified marketplaces.
The analysis of recurring fraud patterns gradually revealed a deeper structural weakness: how decisions are produced and explained.
Addressing the symptom required an architectural approach.
This requirement led to the development of a formal decision infrastructure, of which HOVO™ is the first public implementation.
The problem we address
Modern platforms provide histories, profiles, and ratings. These mechanisms are useful but primarily reactive.
Fraud still thrives through four structural dynamics:
1. Artificial attractiveness and time pressure
2. Limited accountability despite the existence of history
3. Premature redirection to external channels
4. Social engineering exploiting behavioral biases
The central issue is not the total absence of signals.
It is the absence of an architecture where trust is the default principle.
Our position
HOVO™ does not treat fraud as an incident to correct.
The platform is designed to structurally reduce the conditions that enable it.
Trust is not an added module.
It is embedded in the publication flow, moderation, traceability, and presentation of signals.
Our response
Structured publication and explainable signals
Contextualized accountability and profile continuity
Transparency of trust indicators
European positioning
HOVO™ aligns with a European vision of digital sovereignty and platform responsibility.
Protecting individuals from mass-scale marketplace fraud is considered a matter of public trust, not merely commercial optimization.
Current status
The core engine is operational: listing creation, trust signals, moderation workflows, and user accounts.
