Auditable moderation
Every moderation action will be recorded in the append-only ledger. Reviewable, replayable, exportable.

Fraud reduction is structural, not reactive. Trust signals are embedded in the publication flow, not bolted on after the fact.
From observation to infrastructure
hovo.ch originated from a structural observation: fraud on classified marketplaces results from architectures where trust is peripheral rather than foundational.
Addressing the symptom required an architectural approach. This led to the development of OmegaOS™ Kernel — a formal decision infrastructure where every authorization is deterministic, evidence-bound, and auditable.
hovo.ch will be the first public deployment of this infrastructure.
Swiss jurisdiction, privacy-first
hovo.ch will operate under Swiss jurisdiction with data hosted exclusively in Switzerland. No cloud dependency, no cross-border data transfer, no third-party tracking.
User privacy is not a feature — it is a constraint enforced at the infrastructure level.
